1. Insert a Page Break
Entry path: Tools → Insert → Pagination → Page Break
- Tap the position where you want to insert a page break.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Pagination.
- Select Page Break.
Success Criteria
- The following content starts on a new page.
- The document remains editable.
Tips While Using
- Do not use repeated returns as a substitute for a page break.
2. Insert a Column Break
Entry path: Tools → Insert → Pagination → Column Break
- Tap the position where you want to insert a column break.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Pagination.
- Select Column Break.

- The following content moves to the next column.
- The column-based document remains editable.

3. Insert a Line Break
